Procare's Factual Investigation Division are seeking Factual Investigators knowledgeable in Workers Compensation and CTP investigations to join our expanding team in South Australia! As a Factual Investigator your day is designed by you - this role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy over your working day! We have full time, casual and contractor roles available for skilled Factual Investigators.
The Role
* Attend various locations, predominantly within Adelaide and a proportion of work across SA;
* Interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner;
* Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties; and
* Prepare and draft factual reports.
About You
* Hold a Certificate III in Investigations;
* Hold a current and valid Investigation Agent Licence;
* Hold a Business Investigation Agent Licence if operating as a subcontractor;
* Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle;
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Strong attention to detail and are self‐motivated to meet deadlines.
