We're seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer specializing in React Native to join our mobile development team. In this role, you'll architect, build, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications while providing technical leadership and mentorship.

What You'll Do
* Build and maintain our mobile and web frontend experiences, ensuring seamless integration with backend APIs.
* Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
* Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.
* Contribute to architectural decisions and technical improvements.
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years of experience in mobile application development.
* 3+ years of experience in developing high-quality, performant React Native / TypeScript applications for iOS, Android and Web.
* Experience with API integration and state management (eg: Redux, Saga).
* Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team capabilities.
* Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making.
* Stay current with mobile development trends and emerging technologies.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
* Experience working with .NET and C#.
* Experience working with MongoDB or Google Firebase.
* Familiarity with React Web, Next.js, Node.js.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
