Key responsibilities
* Build close client relationships
* Explore and diagnose business problems from an expert behavioural perspective
* Apply quantitative and qualitative research methods to understand behaviour
* Triangulate, synthesise and interpret data to uncover commercial outcomes
* Test and evaluate ideas
* Design and apply evidence-based behavioural interventions

What We're Looking For
* Postgraduate qualifications in behaviour change - psychology, behavioural economics, neuroscience, behavioural science, or other related discipline
* Prior experience in a consulting, research or behavioural insights role
* Comfort navigating complexity and ambiguity
* A commercial mindset and a love of turning insight into action
* You pride yourself on your critical thinking
* You want to work more flexibly
* You are passionate about behavioural science
