About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and operationally focused Assistant Store Manager to join the flagship Cairns location. They will be responsible for running day-to-day operations of the store, coaching and developing team members, ensuring in-store operations adhere to all safety and compliance standards. This role is ideally suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment and has the ability to think on their feet.
Skills And Experience
Assistant Store Management in retail or hospitality
Strong leadership skills
The ability to think on your feet
Proficient in stock management and visual merchandising
Organised and strong attention to detail
