We are seeking a Primary Teacher (Classroom Music) for a four week part-time contract (Mondays to Thursdays) 3 November 2025 to 28 November 2025 with a passion for education and dedication to providing a quality learning and teaching environment for our young learners.
Your opportunity
This is your opportunity to join our talented and dedicated performing arts team. You will be able to use your knowledge and experience to deliver our innovative and contemporary Classroom Music program for our primary students.
You will be required to engage students in learning that nurtures their self-esteem, encourages self-reflection and develops compassion, respect and tolerance as a foundation on which they will build their lives in an setting that values education.
Requirements
- Queensland College of Teachers registration
- Experience in the provision of high quality Primary Classroom Music programs
- An ability to develop an understanding of the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program
- Highly developed classroom teaching skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Skills and sensitivity in communicating with parents, students and other employees
- An ability to work both independently and as part of a team
