About the role

* Offering a base salary of $80,688 per annum (plus super of 11.5% = $89,967 total package), plus many other employee benefits
* Unlock a wide range of graduate opportunities with TasNetworks across Business, Operational Systems, and People (HR) disciplines
* Our graduate program will provide the opportunity to undertake a variety of system projects and duties, commensurate with your personal knowledge and skills, and see you rotate through different areas of the broader team as part of the program.
* A TasNetworks graduate program is not a generic graduate program – we recruit for your specific skillset and focus on tailoring our program around you


About you

Operational Systems Graduate

* To be successful in this role and become part of our graduate program, you will hold a tertiary qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or Spatial Science (having graduated or graduating in 2024-2026) and a current drivers license.
* The ability to communicate effectively and work well in small teams across many areas of the business is essential. You will have knowledge of a number of operational systems, with the ability to analyse and extract data using a variety of tools.

Business Graduate

* To be successful in this role and to become part of our graduate program you will need to have a tertiary qualification in Business/Commerce (having graduated or graduating in 2024-2026) and a current driving license.
* The ability to communicate effectively and work well in small teams across many areas of the business is essential. Sound computing skills and the ability to think strategically and manage concurrent tasks and priorities all whilst maintaining a commercial mindset are key success drivers to being a Business Graduate with us.

People Graduate

* To be successful in this role and become part of our graduate program, you will hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources (having graduated or graduating in 2024-2026) and a current drivers license.
* You will have sound computer skills with an adaptable, personable approach to supporting the broader People team. You will have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, whilst prioritising tasks and using initiative.
