Transparent Commission
* 35–40% commission, based on experience and calibre
* Earnings scale directly with performance — no ceiling, no corporate KPIs
Security + Upside
* Daily/base guarantee ($500/day) acts as a safety net only if production isn't met
* Most clinicians surpass the guarantee easily
What We Expect
* AHPRA-registered or eligible
* 2+ years' experience
* Strong diagnostics, case acceptance, and communication
* Proven performance of $75k+/month (or very close to this level)
