At List & Sell Real Estate, we’re expanding! We’re on the lookout for a motivated and customer-focused Receptionist / Office Support to be the first point of contact for our growing agency.

Working closely with our Director, Anthony Tannoury, and our dynamic team of agents, you’ll enjoy one-on-one mentoring, hands-on training, and the chance to grow within a supportive, community-focused environment.

About the Role
This is a varied, front-facing position ideal for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll be responsible for keeping our front office running smoothly while supporting office administration and daily operations.

If you’re organised, personable, and ready to be the friendly face of our agency, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth

* Answering and directing phone calls and enquiries

* Assisting the team with administrative tasks

* Preparing documents, managing emails, scheduling appointments

* Maintaining office presentation and supplies

* Supporting vendor, purchaser, and tenant communications

* Ensuring smooth day-to-day operational support for the team

Essential Requirements:

* Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or working towards it)

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Strong administration & organisational skills

* Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask

* High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office

* Friendly, professional phone manner

* Ability to work independently and take initiative

* Punctual, reliable, and well-presented

* Saturday work essential between 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM (with 2 days off)

Receptionist / Office Support

Desirable:

* Previous experience as receptionist

* Experience in real estate or property-related industries

* Previous real estate administration experience

* Familiarity with real estate software platforms
