Your Role And Responsibilities
As an experienced SAP consultant at IBM Consulting, you will deliver innovative business solutions through design, build and test, including systems integration. You will leverage your subject‐matter expertise and your experience to ensure successful project delivery and client success. We will give you access to unique career opportunities, and a vast and diverse network of talented SAP professionals. As a leader of a SAP functional team you will get the chance to participate in new and existing implementations, developed with the latest technology and tools. At IBM you'll find your role has a very unique look, combining both strong technical and business skills. We would like you to have a solid SAP Finance & Controlling background with at least five full implementations, ideally in an international consulting environment. Strong experience in process design, planning and managing execution of the build, and experience in the S/4 Finance and Controlling solutions is also a must.
* Extensive demonstrable SAP S/4 HANA experience including at least three full end‐to‐end project lifecycles
* Excellent knowledge in SAP Finance & Controlling area and general knowledge of other SAP modules; ability to conduct FIT‐GAP analysis and lead workshops with business and process architects
* Customisation experience of SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling Solution and understanding of core data structures and data flows
* Strong problem‐solving skills to drive resolution of defects and issues by understanding client needs and presenting options to resolve the problem
* Ability to identify, develop and implement solutions to gaps to meet needs of the business
* Emergency support in order to resolve any incidents and problems that may occur associated with an application, database, and, if applicable, system software ("fix when broken"). This includes monitoring and actioning late arrival of critical data from source systems
* Minor enhancements and modifications that typically require small effort such as changes to the mapping tables
* Subject‐matter expertise advising power users on any relevant matters
