Qualifications & experience
* Minimum 12 months experience in hotel reception
* Strong customer service skills
* Intermediate or higher computer skills including microsoft products
* Current QLD RSA (or ability to obtain within 3 days of employment)
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent time management skills
* Ability to work a 7 day roster across both day and night shifts
Tasks & responsibilities
* Check guests in and out
* Reservations
* Respond to incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
* Operate PABX telephone system
* Coordinate meeting room facilities
* Maintain cleanliness and presentation of reception area
* Role model excellent customer service at all times
* Knowledge of local area
* Handle customer requests and complaints
* Follow Accor policies and procedures + OHS procedures
