Salary: $83,706 - $89,659 + up to 15.4% superannuation. Location: Brindabella Park – ACT.

Responsibilities
* Communicate and implement best practices across the program with regards to scheduling and project controls.
* Review projects for alignment to best practices and develop suggestions for remediation with stakeholders.
* Coordinate the reporting of schedules in the corporate system using Open Plan Professional.
* Demonstrate knowledge in project reporting using a range of measurement techniques.
* Assist in the coordination of project planning activities, including scheduling.
* Work collaboratively with all stakeholders, operate as an effective team member and provide constructive feedback.
* Provide excellent written and oral communication skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
Team
The Guided Weapons Explosive Ordnance (GWEO) Program Management Functions Team (PMF) supports the execution of GWEO Group's delivery activities through functional services of project controls, performance reporting, program professionalisation and improvement. The PMF engages closely with Delivery Division and Capability Development Division to ensure a consistent and coordinated approach of functional services across the entire GWEO Group.
