About Our Client
Our client is a leading energy provider, committed to safety, efficiency, and excellence in operations. They are seeking a reliable and organised Administration Assistant to join their team on site at Bayswater Power Station.
What you will be doing
* Performing general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management
* Assisting with accounts and financial record keeping
* Supporting the team with office coordination and day-to-day operations
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in line with company policies
What you will need
* Previous experience in administration, accounts, or office support
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
