The Role
You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with:
* Internet banking, credit cards and transaction accounts
* Identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions
* Building strong, long-term relationships
* Working closely with specialist teams to deliver complete banking support
About You
* Available Monday to Friday 8:00am - 8:00pm and Saturday 9:00am - 3:00pm
* Customer service experience (contact centre, retail or hospitality)
* Confident with technology and multiple systems
* Strong communicator with a positive attitude
* Resilient and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
* Available to start March 16th
