The Opportunity:
We're seeking experienced Site Supervisors who can bring strong leadership to our mobile crushing teams. You'll be responsible for driving production performance, maintaining high safety standards, and fostering a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* Previous experience within mining, civil or quarry environments working with 3-stage mobile crushing circuits & associated equipment
* Demonstrated ability to lead safe and productive teams
* Good time management and work prioritisation skills
* Strong relationship skills, with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to administer/comply with site systems, procedures and complete routine workplace inspections, audits and reports as required
* Demonstrated ability to organise and achieve safe production schedules / plans
* Senior level all-rounder plant operation experience
* Previous experience in gold mining projects is highly desirable
* Current Driver's License
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
* Have or be able to obtain a National Police Check
