**The role**:
Join our successful and experienced Renal Team - we work with key medical, nursing and procurement teams in the major public and private hospitals in NSW.
This is a casual role offering competetive hourly rates and uncapped career opportunities to for you to help us in fulfilling our mission to save and sustain lives.
**What you will be doing**:
- Co-ordinate and provide education and on-going training throughout trials and implementations of Renal Products
- Continue ongoing product support starting from implementation, following the complete product life cycle
- Ensure Baxter product information material provided to customers has been approved by Marketing and / or Medical Affairs
**Do you have what it takes to build a career here?**
The ideal background will include demonstrated sales and training experience in healthcare as well as a Nursing degree.
- Healthcare Educator / Training background (Preferred but not a deal breaker)
- 2 - 3 years Technical / Nursing experience
- Well-developed presentation and communication skills - ability to impart technical and conceptual information
- Proven relationship building, negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering customer satisfaction
- Ability to work autonomously with a drive and determination to succeed
- Aptitude for learning and development and a collaborative team approach
- Ability to be flexible with working hours and undertake interstate travel - essential
- Current drivers' licence
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
