About the role
The Digital Performance Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels. You'll blend analytical thinking with creative strategy to ensure our campaigns deliver measurable results – from awareness to conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok Ads and programmatic platforms
Manage paid social, SEM, display, and remarketing campaigns to drive high-quality traffic and leads
Analyse campaign performance data, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations
Collaborate with creative, social, and brand teams to align content and messaging with campaign objectives
Manage website analytics, SEO performance, and conversion tracking
Support CRM and marketing automation initiatives to enhance lead nurturing and retention
Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, tools, and automotive marketing innovations
About you
3–5 years' experience in digital marketing or performance media (agency or client-side)
Proven track record of managing paid media campaigns with strong ROI outcomes
Solid understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and SEO principles
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
