Learning and Development Coordinator Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team as a Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
* Support multiple projects across the team.
* Coordinate L&D programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
* Conduct regular assessments and feedback to measure program effectiveness.
* Maintain project plans and learning records using Excel and learning management software.
* Coordinate reporting requirements for enterprise initiatives and compliance.
* End-to-end coordination of events, including vendor liaison, participant scheduling, and communication drafting.
Requirements
* Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated experience in L&D, OD, or Talent Management/HR.
* Experience in planning, coordinating logistics for internal and external training programs, conferences, and events.
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organisation.
* Data management, analysis, and reporting capabilities.
* Project tracking and reporting expertise.
