We have a position for an experienced Front of house Restaurant Supervisor for High End Italian Restaurant.
Main responsibilities as Front of house Restaurant Supervisor include;
- Table arrangement and function monitoring.
- Willing to work on various shifts especially Fri to Sun(work at least 5 days a week).
- Confirm bookings by calling guests(or arrange someone to do it)
- Close shop during the shift, make sure the air-con and lights are off, doors are properly locked before closing the shop.

- Handle complaints:
**Extensive knowledge of wine is essential for this position.**
Italian speaking would be beneficial, but not essential.
Although this is an extensive list, most of these functions are performed by existing staff, the role of the Restaurant Supervisor is to ensure all duties are carried out efficiently and effectively by staff.
