The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a tech-savvy individual to kickstart their career in application support, working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and related business systems. You'll provide first-level support, troubleshoot issues, assist with configuration, and gain valuable exposure to system integration and business processes.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide first-level support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE users
* Troubleshoot issues and assist with system configuration and testing
* Support data quality, system integrations, and performance monitoring
* Help maintain support documentation, FAQs, and user guides
* Participate in workshops and discussions to understand business needs
* Contribute to system testing and user acceptance activities
* Assist with basic data tasks such as clean-up, entry, and extraction
* Ensure compliance with records, IT, and privacy policies
Your Profile:
We're looking for a curious and proactive individual with a genuine interest in technology and systems. You'll bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a supportive environment. In addition to this, you will have:
* A strong interest in digital business systems and application support
* A desire to learn Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
* Good problem-solving skills and logical thinking
* Strong communication and collaboration abilities
* An eye for detail and a methodical work style
* Self-motivation and a positive, growth-oriented mindset
* Ability to follow structured processes and guidelines
* Exposure to Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or SQL (desirable but not essential)
