About the Role
As a strategic leader, you will lead a diverse and high-impact portfolio across procurement operations, commercial assurance, accounts payable, travel & expense management, and extended worker time & materials lifecycle management.
You will report to the executive general manager, procurement, property & supply, and be a key member of the PP&S leadership team, shaping operational strategy and driving service excellence across end-to-end value streams and adjacent functions.
You will define service standards and KPIs aligned to strategic goals; consistently deliver results that exceed expectations.
You will foster a culture of inclusive leadership, personal growth, and continuous improvement; coach teams and stakeholders to think boldly and act with integrity.
You will identify opportunities for innovation and lead change with confidence; take a holistic view of processes and impacts.
* This role requires a strategic and compassionate leader with deep expertise in procurement and commercial operations.
* The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business and financial operations, with a track record of delivering cultural change, process efficiency, automation and commercial transformation in complex, customer-centric environments.
* The candidate should have experience in shared services, governance, risk management and business continuity with clarity and purpose; skilled in leading outsourced services and supplier relationships.
* The successful candidate will have qualifications in Finance, Business or Risk Management plus strong business acumen and ability to generate value through insight and performance.
* The candidate must have exceptional stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills; capable of planning with precision, leading with empathy and growing others.
