We are seeking a skilled and professional Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing the reception area, and performing administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reception Management/office administration: Deliver exceptional customer service to all members, fans, customers, visitors & guests. Manage & oversee all operations of the reception area ensuring it is staffed between 9am and 5pm.
* Membership and Ticket sales, Customer Service and Operations: Deliver a high level of customer service to all members and fans. Respond and resolve customer and member queries, feedback, and issues in accordance with department standards.
* Administrative tasks: Assist with daily adhoc administrative duties, support all areas of the Football Club, execute general membership, ticketing and retail enquiries and service for walk-in customers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously as part of a team. They will also possess a high level of written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Essential Qualifications, Experience, Attributes, and Skills:

* Knowledge of and experience using the Microsoft suite of services
* Intermediate computer literacy with accurate typing skills including audio
