As such, we are expanding our team of outbound care advisors to ensure every customer has the same great experience from day one.About the roleYou\'ll be working as an Outbound Sales Representative / Care Advisor in our Customer Experience Team.We are currently recruiting for 3 roles based in Perth, all working the 10.00am – 6.00pm shift (local Perth time) to ensure we provide the best possible coverage for our potential members and their families.Your main responsibility will be to triage and provide potential members and their families, with the information, guidance and support they need.
This role goes beyond traditional sales; it\'s about building authentic connections, understanding potential member challenges and helping to make the decision of choosing a home care provider an easy one for them, to choose Five Good Friends as their service provider.You will do this byManaging a Pipeline of leads in PipeDrive, our CRMConducting a high volume of outbound calls in response to warm incoming leads and marketing campaignsMake proactive outbound calls to drive business growthTriage and qualify these leads; gaining an in depth understanding and appreciation of their situationProviding guidance and offering solutions according to their specific needsManagement and triage of shared team emails, chats and social media channelsDo you have what it takes?
You are experienced in sales, preferably in an outbound/inbound call environment.A working knowledge of the Aged Care and/or Disability sectors is a plus but not essential.Keeping people healthy and happy in the homes they love sounds interesting to you.
