The role of a Business Analyst is to play a key part in the success of a digital transformation initiative in the healthcare sector.
We are seeking experienced professionals to support the Core Clinical Systems Renewal Program (CCSRP), a major project to deliver a single, integrated electronic health record system across the NT.
Job Overview:
This is an opportunity for individuals with a strong background in business analysis to make a meaningful impact. You will be responsible for gathering and managing requirements, mapping business processes, and supporting solution design and implementation.
You will collaborate closely with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders across business and government to drive change.
Your main objectives include leading stakeholder workshops, eliciting and documenting business and functional requirements, producing future state workflows, and ensuring traceability of requirements.
* Maintain clear and accurate documentation and manage sensitive information
* Support end-to-end project lifecycle including testing and delivery
Key Responsibilities:
* Elicit and document business and functional requirements
* Lead and facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and focus groups
Requirements:
* A strong background in business analysis within complex environments
* Proven ability to map and align business needs to product functionality
* Experience in system integration, design, and end-to-end project delivery
* Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint & Office suite
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
* BPMN 2.0 and UML experience desirable
* Prior work within Government or Health sectors desirable
* Familiarity with clinical service areas such as Mental Health, Medication Management, Remote Primary Care, etc. desirable
