Senior Resale Assistant
As Senior Resale Assistant, you'll play a key role in the smooth running of consignment and the store experience. Through your expertise in selection, pricing and stepping up to supervise when required, you support a trusted resale service for every seller and shopper.
Responsibilities
* Delivering warm, proactive service that reflects the Goodbyes experience.
* Supporting consignment operations, from selection and pricing to member enquiries.
* Maintaining a clean, organised and safe store environment.
* Stepping up as supervisor when required, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
* Have retail experience and are confident delivering outstanding customer service.
* Are organised, proactive, and enjoy working in a quick‐paced team.
* Are ready to take the next step in your retail career and learn from experienced leaders.
