At Walt Construction Group, we're looking for a full-time Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations on both commercial & large residential projects on the Sunshine Coast. Based on site, you'll oversee trades, subcontractors, and suppliers while ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are maintained.
We are seeking someone with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for construction. You'll work closely with the Project Manager to keep projects running smoothly; coordinating schedules, resolving issues quickly, and making sure every stage of construction meets our high standards. This is a hands-on role where your leadership on site will directly shape the delivery of our projects.
What you'll be responsible for:
Overseeing day-to-day site operations and project delivery.
Managing subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.
Ensuring compliance with WHS regulations and company policies.
Maintaining high standards across all aspects of construction.
Coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Managing timelines, schedules, and site documentation.
Additional skills and experience:
Background in commercial or large residential projects.
Ability to develop and maintain construction schedules.
Strong knowledge of building codes and standards.
Experience with sidewalk & traffic management.
