THE ROLE
This is a broad and varied business partnering role supporting a blue-collar workforce. You'll provide end-to-end HR support and advice, balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day operational needs. You'll work closely with leaders on workforce planning, coaching, and building team capability, while ensuring compliance and consistency in people practices.You will support leaders through employee relations matters with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach as well as manage and liaise with union representatives.
THE CRITERIA
You will have proven HR generalist or business partner experience, ideally gained in an operational, manufacturing or blue-collar environment. You must have strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation, awards and HR best practice.
