Job Overview
This position is key to supporting and developing best practice business processes through the maintenance and ongoing enhancement of business applications and databases.
Main Responsibilities
* Maintain and enhance Council's business applications and databases to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
* Implement project plans, upgrades, and integration projects allocated by supervisor/manager, managing resources and budgets accordingly.
* Ensure effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of enterprise software suites to support business processes.
* Provide high-level support for custom reports using reporting tools such as SQL and PowerBi.
* Built meaningful relationships with operational teams to drive business improvement initiatives.

Requirements
* Relevant degree qualification or significant demonstrated experience in a similar role.
* Demonstrated experience in the support, administration, and maintenance of business systems and software.
* Strong project management skills.
* Passionate about championing IT-led business transformation projects.
* Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to obtain a satisfactory Criminal Records Check.
* Prior experience in Authority software will be highly regarded.
