Store Manager – Soul Origin Green Hills L1
We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Soul Origin Green Hills, located in the heart of Stockland Green Hills Shopping Centre.
As Store Manager, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations, inspire and develop your team, and ensure every customer enjoys the fresh, high‑quality food and specialty coffee that Soul Origin is known for. This role suits a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys building positive team culture, and is motivated to achieve sales and operational targets.
What You'll Do
* Lead, train, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service
* Manage stock levels, product mix, and service standards to meet customer demand
* Drive sales and profitability through effective marketing, pricing, and promotions
* Oversee rostering, recruitment, training and staff performance management
* Maintain accurate sales, inventory, and financial records
* Prepare and manage budgets to achieve financial targets
* Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards
What We're Looking For
* AQF Diploma (or higher) in Business, Management, Retail, or a related field
* Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a similar management role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
* Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
* A genuine passion for hospitality, food, and customer experience
