About the Role
You'll manage end-to-end recruitment for critical tech & digital roles, partnering with senior stakeholders to attract and hire the best talent.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end recruitment for tech & digital roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
* Partner with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent.
* Develop and execute talent attraction strategies to engage high-caliber tech & digital professionals.
* Provide expert market insights to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning.
* Evaluate and improve candidate experiences.
Ideal Candidate:
* 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in digital or technology recruitment.
* Proven experience working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
* A strategic mindset with innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies.
* Strong knowledge of tech & digital talent markets and hiring trends.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
