We're seeking a skilled ICT Support Technician to provide exceptional technical support, troubleshoot systems, and ensure seamless IT operations. You'll be the go-to expert for resolving hardware/software issues, maintaining networks, and empowering users with reliable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues (onsite/remote).
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls).
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access via Active Directory/Office 365.
- Document technical processes and create user guides.
- Implement security protocols (antivirus, patches, encryption).
- Collaborate on IT projects like system upgrades or cloud migrations.
- Provide training to staff on new tools and best practices.
**Requirements**:
- Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in technical support or system administration.
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS, networking (TCP/IP, DNS), and hardware repair.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools.
- Strong communication skills and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, ITIL, Cisco CCNA.
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash) or MSP tools.
- Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
