Client Processing Officer
Job Description:

As a Client Processing Officer, you will be responsible for processing assessment allocations to assessors, student-related documents and records, general administrative duties as needed, and entering data into the learning management system (LMS).
You will require very high levels of accuracy, self-managed organisation, flexibility, a friendly and patient demeanor, a can-do attitude, the ability to multi-task, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Input training activity into student management systems (aXcelerate)
* Assist with regulatory authority audits and compliance across business activities
* Print training and assessment material including photocopying, stapling, collating etc.
* Assist with the preparation of quotes and sending out/follow-up of invoices
* Plan and organise the copying, filing, archiving, storage and security of student and course documents
* Prepare ad hoc reports for management as required
* Take meeting minutes
* Assist with office duties as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Essential technology skills - data entry, spreadsheets, word processing etc. Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated strong RTO administration background Certificate III in Business (ideal) Student Management System experience (aXcelerate is ideal)
