Job Description
The team at Flexiforce are seeking a motivated and dependable individual for a Southern Highlands Groundskeeper Landscaping role. About the Role: This is a part-time position to start, with the potential to grow into full-time employment for the right candidate. This role involves maintaining private properties, helping maintain high standards of landscaping and grounds care, and assisting with general outdoor tasks, including occasional help with horses. Immediate start. Key Responsibilities:
* General lawn and grounds maintenance
* Mowing, whipper snipping, edging and hedge trimming
* Garden clean-ups and property upkeep
* Basic landscaping and outdoor labour tasks
* Assisting with horse-related tasks when required
* Maintaining equipment and keeping work areas tidy
About You:
* Local to the Wollondilly, Wingecarribee or Wollongong area
* Background landscaping, gardening or property maintenance
* Previous experience with horses
* Possession of driver's licence & reliable transportation
* Motivated and hardworking with a can-do attitude
* Comfortable working outdoors in a hands-on role
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
