Requirements:
- 3 years of management experience in a similar grocery business or retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
