Administration Officer - Service Delivery

The Role
As the Service Delivery Administration Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the Service Delivery team by ensuring efficient rostering, maintaining compliance, and providing essential administrative support, all contributing to our commitment to high-quality care and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Attendance at morning and afternoon team meetings to ensure Service Delivery team has administration support
* Maintain accurate records in Excel and FlowLogic
* Support incoming calls
* Ensure sensitive information is securely stored and accessed appropriately
* Assist with general administrative tasks and support cross-departmental needs
* Promote a safe and inclusive workplace aligned with NDIS and abbaCare policies and procedures
* Participate in rostered on-call duties to support the Service Delivery team

Key Skills & Competencies
* Strong attention to detail and time management
* Ability to interpret modern awards
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Effective communication and customer service skills
* Experience with FlowLogic (highly desirable)
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced admin role
* High-level organisational and multitasking abilities
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and team-oriented
* Understanding of disability or allied health sectors, (desirable)
* NDIS Compliance - Yellow and Blue Cards
Desirable:
* Experience supporting participants with complex care needs
* Familiarity with NDIS processes and safeguarding frameworks
* First Aid and CPR Accreditation

Pay: $34.58 – $35.67 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
