We are hiring a Data Entry/Administration Officer to support a large-scale government project focused on improving data accuracy and integrity within a critical national system.

About the Project
This project is focused on remediating and enhancing historical data in a secure case management system. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data, as well as contributing to the development of new processes and procedures.
Responsibilities
* Review and analyze identified records in the case management system for potential duplicates.
* Accurately remediate duplicate entries based on a defined set of data rules and business logic.
* Ensure consistency and completeness of key structured information during data consolidation.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity.
* Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to improving remediation processes.
* Escalate complex or uncertain cases to senior staff for further review and resolution.
* Record progress and maintain audit trails of changes made during data entry and remediation.
Your Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in data entry, data cleansing, or data quality control, ideally within government or large enterprise environments.
* A strong understanding of data integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
* The ability to work efficiently and independently to review and update large volumes of data against defined business rules.
* Strong analytical thinking and sound judgment in identifying potential duplicates or data inconsistencies.
* Experience handling sensitive and confidential information in a professional and discreet manner.
* Familiarity with ERP systems or case management tools is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to escalate complex issues when required.
* A current NV1 Security Clearance.
