**Job Title:** National Retail Manager
As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, shaping the customer experience, and leading a high-performing team across our national store portfolio. Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a team of Store Managers across a growing network of stores.
* Drive sales performance, profitability, and operational standards across all retail locations.
* Develop and execute the national retail strategy in line with the company's vision and goals.
* Foster a customer-first culture, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience in every store.
* Deliver on KPIs and sales targets while identifying opportunities for process and service improvements.
* Partner with Buying, Marketing, and eCommerce teams to ensure alignment of in-store execution with brand campaigns and product launches.
* Oversee new store openings, refurbishments, and expansion planning.
* Lead the training, coaching, and development of retail leaders to build internal capability and succession planning.
* Champion innovation in retail technology, merchandising, and team engagement.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Retail Manager in an area, state, or national role, or similar multi-site leadership role.
* Strong track record of delivering sales growth and operational excellence across multiple stores.
* Inspirational people leader with a passion for developing high-performing teams.
* Strategic thinker with commercial insight and retail agility.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment.
* Willingness to travel regularly and engage with store teams nationally.
