You love being busy and juggling multiple things at once. You don't shy away from detailed admin like technical reports and documentation. You enjoy engaging with prospective clients, building trust, and looking after them as their primary point of contact. You're confident, calm and good at dealing with clients, and people love dealing with you.

They have procedures, templates, checklists etc for the role, but are always looking for better ways to do things. They're willing to invest in training you - the most important thing for them is culture fit.
