Job Title: Administration Officer

As a critical thinker with excellent attention to detail, you will play a key role in supporting our business operations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with various systems, including JDE, SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office.


About the Role:

* Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
* Maintain accurate data records and customer information in accordance with billing requirements.
* Liaise with Operations to confirm schedules and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


Your Responsibilities:

1. Manage customer relationships and resolve any issues that may arise.
2. Process and maintain accurate records within various systems.
3. Ensure compliance with pricing and other regulatory requirements.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth and success.


About You:
