Position Overview:
To work in a safe, efficient, and hygienic manner while ensuring that the high-quality food standards of the hotel are maintained.

Key Accountabilities:
- Attend to guests' needs and desires promptly.
- Coordinate daily priorities with the Chef de Partie.
- Work in the kitchen as directed.
- Ensure timely and efficient work completion.
- Minimize wastage at all times.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Assist in training and developing junior staff.
- Act on behalf of the Chef de Partie if absent.
- Perform general or specialized cooking, butchering, baking, or pastry duties, and supervise other kitchen staff.
- Follow all standard operating procedures.
- Promote a learning and professional environment.
- Perform any other duties as directed by senior chefs.
- Maintain grooming standards.
- Foster harmonious relationships within the team.
- Maintain knowledge of food products.
- Comply with hotel policies and procedures.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines (WH&S;).
