Expert Data Center Project Manager
The role of a Data Center Construction Manager is to oversee the construction process of our data centers. This involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
You will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver high-quality data centers that meet our exacting standards. Your expertise in project management, construction, and engineering will be essential in driving continuous improvement and innovation throughout the delivery process.

* Responsibilities:
* Project management and oversight of construction-related activities for new builds or general capital projects.
* Driving costs down and schedules shorter while maintaining quality.
* Providing construction management for specific initiatives aimed at increasing the resiliency of our data centers.
* Reviewing constructability of electrical and mechanical systems and building designs associated with the construction of new data centers or the optimization of existing data centers.
* Creating project scope and equipment requirements, assisting with requests for proposals, and capital requests.
* Total project quality, including assisting with commissioning and integrated system testing and oversight of the execution of the project.
* Issuing/Managing the Request for Information process during construction and coordinating construction administration with engineers.
* Recording and reporting key metrics to team members and management.
* Concurrently managing multiple projects, including new data center building and capital improvement projects associated with existing data centers.
* Operational support of installed facilities, including review of procedures, best practices, and maintenance initiatives.
* Leading teams and being a leader within the group as well as within internal and external teams that support the data center.
* Traveling to data center sites for electrical systems audits, mechanical system reviews, constructability reviews, startup testing, and full commissioning, as required.
* Holding or being able to attain an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency clearance.
