Project Manager is responsible for overseeing projects and assisting other project managers with planning, coordinating project tasks, tracking progress, and updating stakeholders.
Interact with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and client representatives, to ensure that the project's objectives are met.
Oversees construction activities and field personnel as required to complete the project safely, on time, and within budget.

Working hours Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Job Responsibilities: Act as the university's on-site representative, supervising contractors, trades, and vendors to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
Oversee and lead all on-site crew to review tasks, risks, and campus-specific protocols (e.g., pedestrian traffic, noise, windows near classrooms).
Perform routine walk-throughs, document deficiencies, and coordinate corrective actions with contractors before formal inspections.
Lead pre-punch and punch list walks, ensuring timely completion before occupancy, and verify that marked-up drawings and operation and maintenance manuals are received, complete, and accurate.
Provide field insight and rough-order-of-magnitude (ROM) estimates; when scope changes arise, help negotiate fair pricing or future planning.
Ensure contractor safety plans align with Florida Tech's Environmental Health or to the U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights.
