Job Title: Account Director, Global Luxury
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury sales, with experience in developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth from key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, delivering revenue growth and maximizing market share for IHG's luxury brands.
* Formulate and implement strategic account plans to optimize performance and opportunities across company functions, regions, and market segments.
* Own relationships with key clients, engaging stakeholders at all levels and providing a 360-degree view of the account relationship.
* Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute large-scale sales segment plans, driving business growth and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, management, business, hospitality, or a relevant field.
* At least 5 years of progressive experience in sales, including 3 years in multi-unit or corporate roles.
* Proven track record of success in managing complex luxury accounts and driving revenue growth.
* Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and sales-related software.
