Job Title: HR Generalist

* Assist with employee onboarding, including preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
* Prepare HR documentation, such as contracts and employment letters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Support the delivery of employee engagement activities and contribute to maintaining a positive workplace culture.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop training programs and support offboarding processes.
* Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and managers.
* Maintain accurate employee records and support HR reporting tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Around 1-2 years' experience in an HR admin or coordinator role.
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employment laws and regulations.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
