POSITION VACANT – RECEPTIONIST / LEGAL ASSISTANT - NOWRA OFFICE
Are you a motivated, friendly and a team player looking for an opportunity in a well-established law firm? RMB Lawyers is seeking a Receptionist / Legal Assistant to join our Nowra office on a full time basis.
About The Role
This position is full time and involves a variety of administrative and client service tasks, including:
1. Managing front desk operations – greeting clients and handling incoming calls
2. Word processing and document preparation
3. Assisting with legal documents and correspondence
4. General administrative support to the legal team
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
1. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
2. Typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
3. A professional and confident phone manner
4. The ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Prior experience in a legal office (highly desirable but not essential)
