About the role
This is a full-time Livestock Admin Assistant role based in our office in Hamilton, Victoria. As the Livestock Admin Assistant, you will be providing vital administrative support to our busy Livestock team, helping to ensure the smooth running of our livestock operations.
What you'll be doing
* Providing comprehensive administrative assistance to the Livestock team
* Preparing sales documents and invoice reconciliation
* Managing the livestock database and updating records
* Liaising with clients, agents and other stakeholders
* Assisting with general office duties as required
What we're looking for
* Previous administrative experience is essential
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency in using databases and office software
* Knowledge of livestock industry would be an advantage
* A collaborative and flexible approach to work
