About This Role
We are seeking experienced Mechanical Engineers to lead detailed design projects across the mineral process plant sector.
You will be part of a collaborative team responsible for delivering high-quality project outputs in accordance with company, client, and project requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Designing equipment and conducting calculations for various applications.
* Assisting in the development and implementation of project-specific procedures.
* Reviewing vendor documentation and ensuring its incorporation into project designs.
* Maintaining compliance with project requirements and current industry codes and standards.
You will have a strong focus on safety and be proactive in identifying risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
A willingness to attend site for short to medium-term construction support is also required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Bachelor of Engineering - Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
* Experience working with base metals, rare earth minerals, and mineral processing in a design and construct environment.
* Understanding of relevant Australian and industry codes and standards.
* Strong deliverable focus and ability to plan work effectively.
You will be an innovative thinker with the ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously to meet strict deadlines.
