Recent growth at Clarity Communications means we are looking for communications professionals to join our team. We'd love to speak with people interested in a career in communications consulting – particularly those with experience in corporate affairs, investor relations, strategic communications, change management, stakeholder engagement or local government communications.
We advise organisations across mining, energy, property and government to develop communications strategies that are evidence based, practical and aligned to business priorities. We are looking for people with a minimum of three years experience in communications roles up to more senior candidates who have been working longer. Consulting offers a rewarding and varied work experience across different clients, projects and sectors and suits people with a strong problem-solving and strategic mindset.

What you'll do
* Take briefs from clients, clarify the problem to be solved, scope work, and deliver to agreed objectives, timelines and budgets. The level of support the Directors at Clarity will offer the successful candidate varies depending on experience and expertise.
* Work on best-practice communications and engagement strategies for projects across government, infrastructure, transport, property and community contexts.
* Map stakeholders, plan engagement, facilitate engagement, and build constructive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders depending on the project at hand.
* Coordination of media relations, proactive media/brand opportunities, and issues management.
* Create high-quality content in the form of media releases, speeches, briefings, fact sheets, digital content, letters and reports.
