The venue boasts a state-of-the-art fit-out, requiring a Head Chef who can excel in a dynamic environment while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
As Head Chef, you will design and deliver simple, thoughtful, and technically refined modern Italian and European dishes. This role requires strong organisational capability, clear leadership, and a genuine passion for cooking.
From developing the opening menu through to establishing systems and standards, you will lead a composed, high-performing kitchen team and guide daily service with confidence and consistency.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Designing and costing the opening menu
* Building relationships with suppliers
* Hiring, rostering and training a small, capable brigade
* Running services across lunch and dinner, 6 days a week
* Managing prep systems, stock, compliance and kitchen structure
* Controlling COGS and labour with precision
* Working with FOH leadership to ensure flow and consistency
