Electronic Security Sales and Administration Professional
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Electronic Security Sales and Administration professional.
About the Role:
* Deliver exceptional customer service by answering calls, assisting walk-in customers, and handling phone/email orders with professionalism and a smile.
* Process orders efficiently, pick stock from shelves, and ensure customers receive what they need in a timely manner.
* Solve problems effectively by advising customers on stock availability, suggesting suitable alternatives, and resolving any issues quickly.
* Support customers through emailing invoices, managing account balances, and processing EFTPOS and credit card payments.
* Stay organized by maintaining accurate records, filing, and assisting with general administration tasks.
* Collaborate closely with the purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure seamless operations.
What You'll Bring:
* Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in a technical, trade, or wholesale environment.
* Proficiency in business systems such as Acumatica and HubSpot (or similar ERP and CRM platforms).
* Knowledge of electronic security systems, particularly Ajax Systems, Milesight, and Reyee, is highly desirable.
* Experience in the security equipment industry is advantageous.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential.
