We are looking for a Bookkeeper / Finance Officer to assist our client, a Not For Profit Organisation based in Salter Point. 
The role is for 5 months to cover maternity leave and we are looking for a person to work 4 days per week. 
Duties: 
Processing Maintenance and Water Invoices Direct Debiting from Residents in Commbiz 
Administering and processing purchase and sales invoices in Xero (including supplier invoice processing, payment run and upload bank files) 
Bank Reconciliations for Head Office and Property Xero 
Bank Statements Downloading from Commbiz and printing 
Assisting with preparation of annual financial statements for external auditors and AGM's 
Preparing year-end journals 
Preparation of, and assisting with monthly PAYG and quarterly BAS reports 
Maintaining Fixed Assets register 
Processing a fortnightly payroll including superannuation payment submission for Head Office 
Reconciling daily EFTPOS and Credit Card payment 
Checking and Processing for settlement of Units selling in retirement Villages 
Uploading payment files in Commbiz for Aged Care Facilities
